Newcomers

There is a story in the Gospel of John of two disciples who approach Jesus and ask him what his ministry is all about. If you are visiting this website, then chances are that you may be asking a similar question—“What is the ministry of First Presbyterian Church of Grapevine all about?”

Jesus’ answer to the two disciples takes the form of an invitation. If they want to find out about his ministry, they should “Come and see.” I would like to do much the same with our church.

Here at First Presbyterian, we like to think of ourselves as being large enough to offer programs and activities for all ages and interests … but small enough that people still know your name. We consider ourselves a family—brought together by God, bound together by Jesus Christ, and blessed together by the Holy Spirit.

This website should serve as a helpful introduction to the various missions and ministries of our congregation. However, the best way to get to know who we are and what we are all about is to “Come and see!”
